Sean Steele
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Operations
Sean leads the finance, operations, marketing, HR, legal, and administration functions of Infolock.
Chris Wargo
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Sales
Chris leads the sales, sales engineering, sales operations, and vendor partnership activities of the firm.
Leonel Cortes
Managing Partner, Services
Leonel leads Infolock’s services and project management organizations, overseeing advisory, managed, professional, and technical services.
Prior to co-founding Infolock in 2005, Sean was a founding employee at four other technology startup companies, holding positions in sales, marketing, business development, and product management. He began his career as a technical writer with MicroStrategy, a business intelligence and data mining company, and received a B.A. in English Literature from The College of William & Mary. Sean holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified in Risk and Information Security Control (CRISC) certifications, is active with B Sides, ISSA, and ISACA, and regularly supports local charities including the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), Kennedy Krieger Institute, and the Arlington Street People’s Assistance Network (A-SPAN).

 He has been integral in the development of key strategic alliances that have accelerated Infolock’s growth, and his leadership has helped transform Infolock into one of the country’s leading data governance consulting firms. Prior to co-founding Infolock, Chris held management roles in the financial services and staffing industries, leading teams in both sales and operations.

Chris is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and an active member in industry organizations such as ISSA, ISACA, and HIMSS. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary, and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Chris supports charities including the 11q Research & Resource Center and Offender Aid & Restoration (OAR).

In his more than 20-year career in IT, he has held positions of increasing responsibility at the engineering, audit, security, and management levels. His exposure to SP500 and multinational environments combined with his unique strategy for developing consultant services position him as an effective and trusted advisor able to recommend cost-effective security solutions that exceed customer expectations. Leonel is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and is an active member of both ISACA and ISC2 chapters.
