Bonus Round

We believe if you work hard, you should be rewarded. Each employee is eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on their job performance, up to 10% of their annual salary.

Happy people make for happy employees. Besides a long list of company holidays, you get unlimited PTO to use. We require our employees to take a MINIMUM of 4 weeks per year, including a 2-week vacation. As Dr. Seuss says, “Oh, the places you’ll go”

You don’t have to live in the DC area: we have folks located throughout the country in 15 different states. Everyone has the option to work from home, or wherever is best for them: coffeeshop, airport, hotel lobby, etc.
